Why this site wasn't accepted at Link-o-rama?

ok, i made the changes, but i still don't understand where the scroll is from i checked it on IE, Firefox, opera, and even netscape, none of them showed me scrolll????

i need to know this, because it seems that smutgremlins din't accept me aswel.. i don't want to do these mistakes again...it's taking too much time me to recheck a freesite that i make, and i don't want to srew it all up, because i don't see any scroll...

maybe there is some checker program or something that found this scroll?
