Up way too early this morning but had to get up early since neighbor is out of town and ADT is coming to his house to install a new alarm system since his old one wasn't expensive enough or something.

Suppose to go down to South Beach later this afternoon to do a little business and just have some fun. It's a new project that I've agreed to that probably will turn out just to be a waste of my time but I should at least have some fun with it.

Hopefully the news about the storm named Chris will continue to be good but I've seen things change way too quickly in the past to completely relax about it.

Spent yesterday afternoon with an old friend to celebrate her getting engaged to her boyfriend. At lunch she confesses to me that she isn't sure that she actually wants to be with a man and is worried that she has always really been attracted to woman and then tells me that she has had a crush on me for many years. I really was just at a complete loss for words at that point.

Espresso and the twilight zone is now being served.

Morning! We lost power last night, no storm just no power. It was out for about an hour, so we jumped in the truck and went out to eat and drink. It was back on and nice and cool when we got back home

I'm now working on an even newer project and this one may last at least several hours longer than my last unfinished project. Woohoo!

Otherwise, I'm just sort of sitting here. I smell bad, so I'll probably wander outside and hose myself off. Being that I haven't turned on my ICQ in a few days, I can't turn it on now because I'll have to deal with all of those messages left while I was off.

I'm told that I have to do the laundry today since the wife and I are pulling a roadtrip tomorrow and I guess that requires clean clothes. Go figure.

Got most of the backlogged site reviews done last night...will get everything caught up today/tonight.

Hmmm...got a couple errands to run...think I'll take Jim's idea and get the bike out for a ride
