Hi,
Its really tough when someone is trying to play dirty tricks.

Personally I'm thinking of $25 a year to be able to submit to Cleo's Links.

But it is sad for us who are honest , to see that Link Lists are slowly following the path of TGPs. But then it is your site, you can do what you like.
Anyway I got listed everytime when I followed the rules. And when I couldn't get listed even after following the rules, Cleo gave me a good reason for that.
