sometimes... the suckers in the sporting goods departments for snake bite kits work to achieve puffy nipples... and if someone knows what they are doing they can create the safe temporary effect with under the skin saline injections...

p.s. I ALSO like to see them when the gal's have used makeup eyeliner and lipliner pencils to draw designs around them or have put fingernail jewelry on them... I don't particularily care for pierced nipples though... oh and I love boob squish picks and ones of models with nice hands... nice nails... and no jewelry...
