CCBill?

I had a similar problem with a CCBill sponsor a couple months ago - my account was set to zero rebills & the program was baffled, because in their side, it had the unlimited rebills turned on.

Turns out that when I signed up, they did have it set to zero rebills, but they changed that once they realized the setting was incorrect - only problem was that it didn't change that setting for any of the affiliates that were set up before that day
