I'd be interested in knowing. I was thinking of putting a video or two a week on one of my blogs. I am currently at the "how to go about it" stage.

I'm using the free vPIP plugin which handles wmv, flash and mov files. vPIP stands for video playing in posts and is available here http://utilities.cinegage.com/videos-playing-in-place/
