Terry it's a good script written by Kaktuson, I have my one install running http://www.thehornybeaver.com and 15 or so other fake tgps/fake link lists.
Sparky took a look at it for me last year and told me it was one of the best he's seen

I was just over there the other day. Seems he has a new project that just release. Link Orginizer. Have not played with it so I can't say much about it. But from the SO script it had that t-pat pointed me to awhile ago it's great. I think the learning curve is more to those who have not been in the industry but since you have, you should be fine. Sites up now, but does not show the script. I'm sure if you contact him he will drop you a copy.
