I build CSS-only themes for WordPress, but they are made to order (not sold multiple times), so they are obviously more expensive than templates. If that isn't necessarily a barrier, contact me and I can point you at some of my work and give you a quote.
I could also convert your existing theme to be table-free... your choice. |
