I've always used target="_blank" for sponsor links. If the surfer doesn't like the first paysite he clicks on, then it's easy for him to look for another one on your page.

Why would you be worried about that? Isn't that what we all want? "take the surfers mind of the freestuff they were looking for before" and make them pay for high quality porn .
