I believe you must email them for the 16 minutes, setting up templates is straight forward but it is a different link for the 15 minute freebie as the surfer must sign-up with an email. If you received an email from an account manager send them an email off, I got a reply, four different promo galleries set-up with customer headers and four varied links to 15 minute freebies in a little over 24 hours.
