Don't keep submitting to black all the time. Mix it up, try making sites for different categories. Even if you only worked on 7 categories, it would be only 1 submit per week. This gives everyone an equal chance in that category. Personally, I rotate between 30-35 categories, so I don't normally submit more than 1 site per category per month.
