Jim, I think you should write an eBook on snowblowing etiquette with chapters on proper clearing, improper clearing, and how to strategically clear to enforce proper clearing for those that improperly cleared.
Even include a printable certificate in the back. Quite a bit on tap today, cleaning up a few projects so I can dedicate about 40 hours to a project this weekend. The fun never ends.
