The best out there is colo-cation
They have a virtual plan at $20 that would get you more than you need - and the guy that runs it is the most respected server whiz in the world (not just the US)

- and you can see the speed and integrity differences immediately - I switched about 2 years ago and all of my sites run about 10 times as fast - I believe this board as well as some other LL owners are hosted there as well

Of course CD34 (his board name) monitors this board constantly as well
