in my experience you should always keep up with the 1 site per webmaster per day rule. What I do is if I start submitting today at 11 PM I start submitting tomorrow at 11:05 PM for example so that way I never had problems with this rule. Another thing is if you want to make 2 sites per day. Actually there are some LL`s that accept more than one free site a day and they said that in their rules so make sure you read them and some of them after submitting ask you to submit 2nd site. So what I`ve done is checked all the link lists I have about their rules, these ones that don`t say if they accept 2nd site in their rules emailed or pmed them and then you have another list just for 2nd free site submission.Thats what I called it.
