Good Thursday Peoples
After a lovely afternoon with my mommy & my grandma, I actually got some work done before getting caught up on some TiVo - finally finished watching all the Planet Earth shows  I really need to get some more work done today as tomorrow is a 1/2 day due to the Sabres/Rangers game, Saturday I have a party to go to & Sunday is an afternoon Sabres game. |

Good morning.
BIG hockey game last night as Ottawa took a stranglehold over the Devils with a win and a 3-1 series lead going into Saturday's game 5. I'm surprised San Jose lost last night, Detroit's back in that series. Tons of work to do today since I'll be golfing tomorrow. |

Just got back from installing wireless internet (you know the router and stuff) at my sister's snackbar. I got a bottle of water and a sandwich as a reward. Tomorrow the soccer team I'm in is having it's annual weekend away. We're going to the Belgian coast to spend the weekend on a boat that is docked in some harbor, happy happy joy joy Anyways, have a nice day all |

Taking my daughter to the eye doctor today, she's had to wear glasses for the past year, guess we'll find out if she needs new glasses or if her eyes have gotten any better. Then off to talk to a divorce lawyer with the soon to be exwife. Gonna be a fun day for sure. If the weather holds up it looks like I am going on a drunken camping trip this weekend. Nothing like too much beer and a fire to make things interesting. Last year my wife's uncle had a buddy get too drunk at a party, and after everyone went home he went out to watch the fire by himself. His wife and kids woke up the next morning to find his charred dead body laying on the steps.

Up early due to very loud jets flying over my neighborhood practicing for this weekend's Air & Sea Show.
Last night one of my old time gay guy friends came over so I could meet his new girlfriend. He is masculine looking but is the stereotypical flaming queen type and she is the very butch type that you would not expect to be dating a man. I'm so confused some days. Doing the gym thing was I've woken up and then just another fun filled day of banging the keyboard will looking at naked people on its screen. |

long days and long nights, but, I see the light coming at the end of the tunnel on a few projects that have simultaneously hit.
Had a client run into some things this week -- just a 'spring cleaning' of sorts. Check your 404 pages, make sure they go somewhere that is productive. Create a page that advertises some of your sponsors -- this one client was sending hits to a domain that a domain squatter registered and slammed all sorts of junk on there. And the squatter received 404 traffic for at least 14 months. make sure you have a favicon.ico file - rather than redirecting requests for those to your 404 page. Go through and clean up things and remove old scripts. google's new search allows you to find uninstalled/half-installed scripts on sites that can be exploited. Make sure you keep up to date on software that you've installed. Wordpress is one of the biggest issues here. Between security releases and code updates, its a moving target -- and make sure you clean up files that you might have left as backups. When a script (like vbulletin) asks you to delete the install directory, delete it -- don't rename it install.old. Back to the grind.

 Morning.. been up since 230pm so i think its now lunch time.. tho it's only 754amish here in Sin City.. Payroll today.. always a joy.. why i don't just automate the process is beyond me.. but i guess i like the "hands on" approach. My biggest dicision of the day is whether to go to Quiznos or Baja Fresh for Linner (lunch/dinner) .. seems i'm out of microwave pizzas. Apparently my p/t manwhore bought tickets for us to see Bill Maher at the Hard Rock tomorrow.. i'm wondering if i need to shower for that or i can just go "as is" |

I woke up to a kitchen floor covered with jillions of little brown ants. Evidently the cat food in this house is indeed safe to eat. No wonder kitty was hollering at me this morning. Now I'm running downstairs every 20 minutes to vaccuum up the new ones who haven't noticed that their buddies have not returned home. |

Good Afternoon PornMongers!!
Nothing exciting happening here today  Bought a Barbeque 2 days ago ... took BlueBrit and I hours to put it together (well he put it together I just had to hold it in place as he screwed things in place) Its a monster BBQ! with a motorized rottiserrie and a side burner. Couldnt wait to cook on it so we fired up some burgers and hot dogs - I must admit they taste so much better than being cooked in a frying pan! Now I want to go shopping for all sorts of meats to try out this baby! Cant wait to try a whole chicken on the rottiserrie! I'm hoping it comes out better than the ones you get from your local supermarket or even from Swiss Chalet!  |
