I would say that anything over 720 pixels is too wide.
I review at a screen size of 1024x768, but I expect there to be room left over on the screen for other stuff so I keep my browser window set to about 800 pixels wide. You have to remember that not everyone keeps their browser window maximized and AOL users and people like that have additional pallets taking up screen space. |
