As of 9 days ago I had lost 9 pounds since I started my diet and exercising. Checked today and I've lost 2 1/2 inches in my waist. 3 more inches and I'll be at 38". I'll get there! (Gotta look good for Buddy
 )Other than slinging porn and walking 2 miles today not much going on. |
