I gotta agree with Toby.
You'll be exposed to tons of sites and their rules, ideas, setups. Eventually you form your own opinion of what might work.

Not sure about tutorials. I'm guessing there has to be one out there, but I started an MGP without one and I was okay in terms of starting it. All I need now is to build traffic lol.

You might need a designer for a layout (unless you can do that yourself). You'll also definitely need 1) to brush up on your html to be able to tweak the layout and text to your liking 2) a submission script 3) a trading script (sometimes you can get a script that's both combined) and 4) some traffic

Everything else is up to you. You'll have to decide what the surfer wants, and continue tweaking your page 'til you've got the results you want.
