Linking/Banner rules

Oh ok! So...if I make a gallery page, I can have up to
3 links to site/sites trying to promote and at least 4 TGP sites
or others like Greenguy etc so that page itself has been listed
on multiple sites. Think I got now...I kept thinking could only
have 3 outside links period. Didn't quite get what a banner was
as helpin a friend with her site...which she is still hoping to get listed at greenguy some day...sheepish grin...

This is my first gallery page ever so total newb attempt...

Its not listed at Cleo btw, no idea if they ever checked it or
site at all, still hopin...
