My son who's major in college is Kinesiology took me to the gym yesterday for a workout. He called this morning and asked if I was sore and I said no, I feel fine. He was surprised. Told him I've been exercising at home for two months so it wasn't a big deal. Going again today for a lower body workout. Down to 200 lbs. so far.
