Car place just called... new compressor, new dryer, new low side line (hopefully this will fix the slow leak that its had). Good news is it will be ready late this afternoon. Bad news is it is costing a bit over $1500.

Christine stopped by the Toyota dealer and picked up a new passenger door handle that broke this morning on her car as I was getting out and I just now installed for her. We are going to the gym now.

I hate cars.

Scorching hot here today .. good thing I have AC and I plan to stay indoors all day.

Well I think I've finally broken through a plateau. Waist has been 39 1/4" for three days and the weight has been at 198 lbs. as well.

Now maybe I can get on down to a 36" waist and the weight can do whatever it wants. More gym today with my son/personal trainer.
