I try and think of a new title with every freesite. Most of mine are three words, with some only using two and a handful using four.
More niches being promoted means more variation is possible, but you should still try and think of a new title each time if you can.
A Thesaurus can help with finding new words that are similar to others, as can a list of words for lady-bits like this one: http://www.asstr.org/~poisoniv1/pussy.html

It's funny to read that 'cause this past weekend I picked one up for that exact reason. I was tired of using the same words with my sites. Just had to say something 'cause I'm obviously not alone LOL
