I would advice you to keep building free sites so you will have some money to invest in TGP PAs(partner accounts) and of course not a small issue-bandwith bill. Start small as the guys adviced already, before you get PAs you need to make sure you can pay the bandwith, the monthly PA, pay yourself and make some money! Better learn it all with free sites first and then do both
good tip is in TGPs you can use more aggressive sales text( less rules for blind links, but still some). Make sure you read what TGP owners tell you in rules.
