I've answered a question about domain names here. I will dublicate my post:

It is recommended to use no more than one hyphen in a domain name. I have never met any intelligible explanations about this mystery, but as you can notice, sites that are using more than one hyphen are ussually ranked lower.

Believe me, it's true. If i wanted SE traffic, I would stop on the second variant. You can also strike out the first one, because most people do inquiries in plural, like "Strip Clubs", not "Strip Club".
As for the rest of domain names, the only way to get 100% Search Engine Friendly redirect to your main site is to send "301 Redirect" into HTTP Header.
