We did warn her several times about the pink text. And after the second time her sig file was stipped she send me a piece of mail through our advertiser form complaining about it.

So, she knew the rules, she just didn't want to follow them.

Ahhh Customer Support, I just love it. This reminds me of the time when my Dell PC got the blue screen of death, I called Customer Support. An Indian chick from Bangalore named "Denise", asked me to do the following,

Make sure my monitor was plugged in
Make sure my mouse was plugged in
Make sure my keyboard was plugged in

...At that point, I hung up and reinstalled Windows.
