Spent five days in Montgomery, AL helping my youngest brother do some electrical work on a house he and his wife just bought. They moved a kitchen wall to make it larger and we re-wired the entire kitchen/breakfast nook area. My background as an electrician and contractor is industrial so I had to put a little thought into residential wiring and had to pull out the code book a few times. Wow, things have changed in the last seven years |shocking|
Going in for a double hernia operation this morning. If the knife slips and something drastic happens I've enjoyed knowing all of you. I hope the Dr. isn't as hung over as I am. Damn I want a cup of coffee... |

Another day of waking up with a strange tension and sinus headache. I seem to be allergic to something since these headaches started when the weather got cool and we turned the A/C off.

Mornin' y'all,
Got a new coffee maker yesterday, much like the one being replaced except that this one has an insulated carafe instead of a heated warmer that shuts itself off after a couple of hours. This critter is seriously insulated. I made a pot last night not long after dinner. When I went to make a new pot this morning the ¾ cup that was left over was still warm to the touch. Color me impressed! Speaking of...  is on, help yourself... |

I've spent the last 72 hours playing Half-Life2 on my son's Xbox 360 and I feel fine.
 My wife comes home from New Jersey sometime today, so I better do some cleaning up around here or I'll be in BIG trouble. I don't think she believed me when I told her that I was still playing Half-Life whenever she called. Silly girl. On a totally unrelated note: my productivity has plummeted.

Morning..
I got hung up yesterday so today I have to do the PO (my worst nightmare--PO at xxxmas) Palms and major grocery store. I really don't know what is wrong with people these days. A trade show we attended last month, one of the vendors-Johny Rockstar Clothing Co.-sent out a smart blast email with 2 misspelled words in it. Something I've grown accustomed to if it was from China/Nepal/Swaziland etc.. But not something from frigging Vermont.. I mean aren't they snowed in enough to learn to use spell check?? Anyway I responded and pointed out that he might get a better response (he'd spelled it "responce") if he'd used spell check. NOW the MoFo is SPAMMING my inbox with hate mail.. HIS fucking mistake.. and he thinks he's "bugging" me with email..  .. Probably some 20yr old living in his mama's basement calling it his "command center" .. dumb fuck.. anyway have a Response FREE day.. filled with $ales |

Morning all. The rain showed up last night. So I'm hoping the outdoor malls won't be too crowded around lunch today so I can knock out some shopping.

I can not get into the working mode! I guess it's because of Christmas being so close. I'm excited and shaking presents under the tree, I'll never grow up when it comes to Christmas and never want to...|goodidea Got the new TV up on the wall and what a beautiful picture and the thing is huge! Had court this morning for running a stop sign. I now owe the city $150. Looking forward to having a few drinks with a friend tonight. But first I must work my ass off to pay for these fines!!!!
