Almost always, but not always. I slack off on that if I continually have to reject you for the same reasons or get insanely bored with your submissions. I've also been trying to be more approachable. There was a time that I'd snap at anyone who argued with my reason for decline. Today, I'm a kindler, gentler reviewer, and I genuinely want to list people's submission. (unless they simply suck)

How can I get bored with a submitter's submissions? Well, if you submit content every day which is consistently the same niche and same action, it makes is very difficult for me to creatively describe it. Perve won't work with short and simple descriptions like "Pics of two chicks kissing and eating pussy." Submitters should mix it up a bit and work with multiple niches anyway.
