Hiring someone to build/submit...Good or bad?

See, I'd like to just create my sites and have someone submit for me...I wouldn't trust anyone to come up with good enough text and if you're outsourcing your free site production to India or something, you're definitely not going to get good text...you'll get great designs but terrible text...and as far as trying to do it with your buddies, I've found that no one in my circle can be dedicated enough to keep up with me...it's a toughie...it sure would be nice to have a clone of myself to run my porn operation... =)
