Hiring someone to build/submit...Good or bad?

I thinks its all clear - unless you work out some kind of a deal most link lists will accept only one submission per 'group'

I've been building free sites for myself as well as for major & smaller sponsors since couple of years - if you need some templates and/or complete free sites hit me up and I'm sure we will work something out
I can only build - you will have to submit them yourself

you are right, but all know exceptions are made, as long you have the permission of the linksite owners, but like i said in my post before this one, i have learned from my experience and i wont except it, even i know the person
