Hot damn, I've found my new farovite meat. In all my 54 years I've never eaten lamb chops. They were on sale for 2.99/lb. so I got two. A little olive oil, salt and pepper and threw one on a hot charcoal grill. WOOOHOOO! That's good eats! Made a honey mustard sauce for it with Dijon mustard, horseradish, honey and finely chopped fresh mint. Awesome! I think I'll have it again tonight!
