where do you pick LLists to submit to?

Sad but true.

I list with active board members and often look at the hard link trades that have on their submit pages. I also watch the threads in this cat. I've used http://www.greenguysboard.com/resour...fic/index.html on and off in the past

Don't confuse slow-to-list with not "active" as some of the best traffic LL's out there take more than a month to get listed - but when you do, it's worth the wait.
