Gags about missing testicles and scat on TV? I can assure you that wouldn't be allowed in America. Somebody would go to jail for sure. Not long ago more than 20 CBS affiliates chose not to air Saving Private Ryan on Veterans Day fearing they'd be fined by the FCC because of all the swearing in the film.
