Two things bring this on IMO
1. Desperation in a suffering business - webmasters do more "borderline" things as times get tough, and they try to stay afloat. 2. Borderline sponsors tell/encourage them to do this shit. I am sure others have seen the growth in Russian/EasternEuropean sponsors lately. Not good signs..  DD
