I have been sick for week and I am tired of it! I do feel a bit better today and a little more clear minded so I may actually get work done today.

If you grind or clench, what I did, your teeth you can use a mouth guard to help stop it. My dentist made a custom one, insurance covered it, but you can get one at a sporting goods store. I had to wear it for about a year when sleeping. On a good note, that was years ago
