The largest LL.

I am sure I will get my ass handed to me on this one. What Link list out there is the biggest when it comes to driving traffic?
Thanks Mike

Really depends on what kind of traffic - I get great traffic from some on amateur and better traffic from another on teen

If you are looking at micro-niches like "sisters" I send decent traffic in that niche.

Thant said - my stats were posted last month here. Remember that I submit to the teen, amateur, lesbian and toy and reality cats most often but get a spattering of other cats throughout the month.

papa posted some numbers but they don't mean much. while some sites keep your sites listed forever and they will send you steady amounts of traffic each month (and the number is only getting higher the more sites you submit, adding up to a huge amount each month), while others, tho they may send you more hits straight away quickly drop your site or bury it under thick layers of archive pages (so as soon as you stopped submitting, you get pretty much 0 traffic) - if papa stopped submitting for a month and posted his stats again, you would see almost no change in traffic for some of the names on that list, while most would plummet.

and while fishing for info on the forum on who is worth submitting to and who isn't, you really need to submit in order to figure out who's worth submitting to, depending what type of sites you build and what niches you build them for. Because (and this brings me to my second point which probably is even more important) not all traffic is the same! No point getting into details on this one since you can probably figure it out on your own but if you can't, contact me I'll explain

Traffic on any LL really varies depending on what niche you are working.

Very well said JonneyR

I agree 100%. But the numbers give a starting point. There is also no way of knowing the quality of traffic from any one source. Say you submit a tranny site to my LL. It will get listed on the main page and the tranny page. It stands to reason that the traffic form the main page is not as targeted to the tranny niche and the traffic from the tranny page so one can assume that it won't be of the same quality as the traffic from the tranny page. And the quality of the traffic from a niche LL that specializes in only tranny sites should exceed the overall quality of the traffic from my LL - even if I sen more overall traffic you may convert better on the hits from the niche LL.

But if you don't track a few numbers, you don't even have a starting point.

As JonneyR said - start submitting and keep decent records and see what happens.

what i would do is come up with a really popular keyword for whatever niche I was working in

and then do searches on google and yahoo and see what directories have good listings for that keyword and then I would submit to those directories
