Almost every LL is going to gig you for the private whois. I didn't know that before I got active again, and made mine private in April of this year (after 5+ years of being public!). The only reason I did it was because I work for a large civil process company that is quite conservative. Naturally, I removed the private whois, and will just accept any consequences that come my way.

Yes, for the long haul, remove that private whois.
