You're right, I've seen a lot of free sites with the statement on every page, but my preference would be to have it on the index page only and so was wondering whether link list owners care one way or the other.
The original 2257 reg required that the statement be on every page, but then during the open comment period it appeared that the DOJ was willing to go with index page only, and now it seems the whole law is up in limbo so I'm not sure what's what.
The thing is that I don't want to put an extra outgoing link on each page if I don't have to.
