GAK this is a horrible pic of me, but hard to balance on that thing, turn around and get a pic that has a part of me and the slider thing in, lol. Plus I'm not real awake, lol. But I've lost 1/2 lb. 179.5. It actually was balanced before i took the pic, just realized when i posted it it doesn't look like it in pic. think i'll stick with standing and looking at it from now on, lol.
