oh great to see you guys and girls succeed in loosing weight, i know i should have bin posting days ago, just no time, but tomorrow i will post again, then its sunday....no plains, (oke some plans to paint the damn walls again, but no rush hour in morning. i will post tomorrow again and yes i am sure i lost some weight, i need a belt on my big jeans
