Salutations Greenguy and Jim and adult webmaster community,

My name is Jay Moyes. I'm from Black and Blue Media, a publicity company. You may remember me from my time at AVN and AVNOnline Magazines in the production department.

While I'm not new to adult, what's taken me so long to register is most of our clients for Black and Blue have been over on the video production side and convincing clients to try exchanging links can be difficult.

At the moment, we have three clients of interest.

Adult Entertainment Capital (AdultEntertainmentCapital.com), the first publicly traded adult investment fund (stock symbol ADLE.OB). AEC specializes in financing adult companies. This is not a joke. These guys are specificly looking at adult industry infrastructure and already have investments in credit card processing, collections, broadcasting, and distribution. AEC is not looking for porn stars, they're looking for the companies that porn stars and porn companies turn to in order to stay in business.

Ron Harris of RonHarris.com, RonHarrisCash.com, KaraDuhe.com. Michael Ninn did us a great kindness by referring this gentleman to us. Harris is the man who brought the Areobic craze to the 80's as the producer and director of 'Aerobicise'. For over 10 years he's had an erotic photography web site with fantastic girls and gorgeous photos. It's an honor and a pleasure to be working with Mr. Harris.

The third is Midnite Videos, www.Mvideos.com. They are a new VOD company with many friends on the production side. What makes Midnite different is a higher quality of video streaming, including High Definition. Midnite Videos also offers production companies a real time view of how much money the movies are making. At the moment, they are working with NATS to put together an affiliate program, and we very much look forward to making the announcement when the affiliate program goes live.

My partner is Sherry Ziegelmeyer, who brings to the table publicity experience from the music industry and radio. We're both hands on people who prefer to roll up our sleeves and get things done as opposed to flash and dazzle.

We very much look forward to bringing you news about our clients and asking many questions about the internet side of the business. There is much I would like to learn.

Milton "Todd" Ault III of Adult Entertainment Capital has requested that I attend Venus in Berlin, and I am planning to be at Webmaster Access West in Los Angeles come November.
