Hi Fonz, what model did you order.I have XPS m1330 with a 3 year guarantee ,performance is very good but had problems with cooling , but Dell service is awesome.I had technician from repairs three time already(1 - cooler replacement,2 - motherboard replacement ,3 - motherboard replacement ,) all next day.They told me if it happens one more time they will give me new one.
