WP-Sticky
Adds a sticky post feature to your WordPress’s blog. wp-cache Very fast cache module. It’s composed of several modules, this plugin can configure and manage the whole system. Once enabled, go to “Options” and select “WP-Cache”. I'm just new to WP and yet to explore more about it's plugins
