Ok, what I did was to search for "my index metatitle" then clicked the "Dissatisfied with your search results? Help us improve" Link at the bottom of the results...

There's a box which says:"Were you looking for a specific URL that wasn't listed in the search results? If so, please enter the URL here"

So I entered my url - 24 hours later I see the yahoo bot spidering the site

'course that doesn't mean they're gonna list me - lol - but it is a way to submit the url
