I fixed the bag link list links on my index page and I added the title
to all pages. I also added the same background to all galleries.
Would you please have another look.

It looks the same as it did yesterday! Re-read Useless's suggestions from yesterday, especially these 2:

The site title doesn't appear to be printed on any of the pages. It should be on the index at the very least...

The entire site should look the same - you have a white background, then a black background, then light brown image. Pick one.

The site's title should be on the pages, not just in the coding.

Look at some of the sites that I & other Link Lists have listed & you'll see that most have a flow to them. Make some changes, ask for advice, double check it & then resubmit it.

OK, I am afraid to do anymore to that site as it
has been listed by other link lists.
So, I am going to start over and build a new site.
I believe I now understand it all, I hope so anyway.
