Morning all

I woke up choking today, which is not a nice feeling I can tell you. I must have swallowed and breathed in at the same time while lying on my back half asleep because all of a sudden I couldn't breathe and couldn't swallow and I spent the next 5 mins coughing my head off bent double while Emmy got me something to drink as I tried to clear my throat. I’m sure as hell awake now but that's one method I don't recommend for getting your ass into gear in the morning. Things can only get better…
