First lets suppose that you have a targeted word or more words for that page? Well if you will make these steps, your page will me exactly how google wants.
a) all the links to your page should be with title="The title must contain your chapter title or the title of that page (usually i use the the targeted word near the title)" and if you have an image as link the title of the link should be the same and also ALT;
b) when you build the link be sure,that your link must contain the targeted word in his structure (seo_google-web.html);
c) make sure that your targeted word must have a repetitive structure in the content.
d) the keywords are also important, but not so important like the description of the page, i mean <meta description="This is the text that is listed in google results for your page";
e) the title of the page can be H2;
