Ah Ah It's Wednesday...Do The Humpty Hump....

good morning everyone

well I had quite a day yesterday - the class trip I went on with my son included over an hour of walking to and from the movie, and my bod is just not used to that kind of exercise lol.

Then last night I was walking to the store with my kids, it's in a plaza so we're walking along the outer sidewalk and I wasn't paying attention and WHAM! right into a brick post. The right side of my face feels like it's been moved about 1/4 inch to the left. Although I'm sure it was a good giggle for the teenagers hanging out there

so all in all I'm feeling pretty much like a truck ran over me today. I'm gonna have some tea and tylenol and hopefully that'll work.
