After taking way too much time off from the gym in December, we are on day 5 of 5 days a week of going to the gym so I get to sleep in the next 2 days... Which I can't even begin to say how much I look forward to that. Physically I feel much better than I thought I would, I figured by Wednesday I wouldn't be able to walk let alone move but I have actually had 4 very good days at the gym.... hopefully this will be a good day as well even after being woken up by a chirping smoke detector at 7:30am.
