It's called Links Organizer and handles all the management, recip checking, interlinking, etc.
If you own many sites i think it's worth it. I was sick of doing it all by hand. Found out lots of dropped links/domains out there.

I use that script, too...although I don't have it open for users to add trades. I still add them myself through the control panel.

Highly recommended, though...does a great job and gives me a report of dropped trades, bad links, etc. It's especially nice in that it handles all your domains.
