How often should your resubmit free sites and galleries?

Here is a Hub of mine. It is not the best example of one since I own a link list and that is what I focus most of my time on, basically my link list is a giant hub.

The top part is sponsor ads, then I have a big table of links that lead to FPAs, then comes a list of my free sites, then there is a huge table of sponsor galleries.

The only content on this hub that is mine is the free sites, the rest is sponsor stuff. All the free sites do lead back to the hub via a FPA.
